INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LICENSE AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made effective as of [Current Date], by and between RealGenCanna Inc. ("Licensor") and Ethos Genetics ("Licensee").

1. GRANT OF LICENSE. Licensor hereby grants to Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the "RealGen Verification Technology" in connection with the cultivation and sale of the following cannabis strains: Mandarin Cookies V2, Citradelic Sunset.

2. ROYALTY PAYMENTS. Licensee agrees to pay Licensor a royalty fee of $1.00 USD per gram of dried flower sold using the RealGen Verification Mark. Payments shall be remitted monthly via the RealGen Portal.
